Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Feng Shui Your Way! To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, please review the following booking policy: Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total consultation fee is required upfront to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your consultation. Balance Payment The remaining balance is due in full before your scheduled consultation date. You will receive an invoice for the outstanding amount, which must be settled prior to the appointment. Payment Plans Flexible payment plans are available upon request. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your options. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you may be required to rebook the consultation and forfeit your deposit. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule the appointment.
